    Beyond the Privacy Policy, your use of our Services is also subject to our Terms of Service.

      2. When using our Services, we may ask you to provide certain Protected Information, such as registration information (mobile phone number, name, or email) or user profile information (payment method).

      • Technical information such as the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics. This information allows us to provide our Services and troubleshoot software bugs and operational problems.
      • Location information. This information allows us to connect Users with taxi and delivery drivers.
      • Usage information.This information allows us to improve our Services by understanding how you interact with our Platform.
      • Call information. For quality and training purposes, bookings through the Call Center may be recorded.

    4. All the information is collected with the purpose of enhancing the experience and quality of our Services, including to:

    • Connect Users with taxi and delivery drivers;
    • Create and update users’ accounts;
    • Personalize the experience of users;
    • Process or facilitate payments;
    • Analyse, improve and develop our Services;
    • Communicate with users about services, promotions, updates, news, events etc.;
    • Provide customer support;
    • Find and prevent fraud;
    • Respond to trust and safety issues, including accidents, disputes between Users & Drivers and requests from the authorities.
  4. Sharing and Disclosure of Collected Information

    5. Yego may share the Collected Information:

    1. With taxi and delivery drivers

      2. Yego may allow you to connect with taxi and delivery drivers. We will provide the taxi and delivery drivers with information about you to allow them to provide the service to you. For example, we provide some basic information (such as name, pickup location, contact number) to drivers so that they can easily locate you.

    2. With Yego payment service providers

      3. Yego may provide information to its payment processors and facilitators.

    3. For legal reasons

      4. Yego may share your information with government authorities and law enforcement officials if we reasonably determine disclosure is: (i) required by applicable law, regulation, operating agreement, legal process or governmental request; (ii) necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Yego, our Services, or the public.

      5. Yego may share your information other than as described in this policy with your prior consent.

  5. Changing and Cancelling Account

    6. Yego will retain your information for as long as your account is active. If you wish to cancel your account contact us at feedback@yego.sg. Even after your account is terminated, we will retain some of your information for a period of time as needed to resolve disputes, prevent fraud, enforce our Terms of Service, or take other actions as required or permitted by law. After a period of time, your data may be anonymized and aggregated, and then may be held by us as long as necessary for us to provide our Services effectively.

    7. All collected information is securely stored within our databases. While we take reasonable precautions to protect your information, we cannot guarantee the security of our databases, nor can we guarantee that information you supply won't be intercepted while being transmitted to us.
